    How long does it take to register LLC changes?
    The official processing time is 30 calendar days. In practice, it usually takes 7–14 days.
    What documents are required for changes?
    1. IDs of all participants in the changes.
    2. Supporting documents for the changes (if applicable).
    3. Criminal record certificate — for activity changes.
    4. Notarized signatures — for changes to directors/founders.
    Where should the criminal record certificate come from for activity changes?
    If the director has lived in Slovakia for over 6 months — a Slovak certificate is enough. Otherwise — from the country of citizenship or residence (issued within the last 90 days, with apostille and certified translation).
    How do I get a criminal record certificate from my country of citizenship?
    Contact the Ministry of Interior or your consulate. If you can’t obtain the document yourself, we can help with apostille and translation.
    How do I get a Slovak criminal record certificate?
    You can get it at any Slovak post office. Usually, a passport or residence card is enough. Price — 3.50 €.
    How will I know the changes are complete?
    We will notify you immediately after registration and send the updated extract in PDF and ASICE formats.
    What is the ASICE format?
    ASICE is the official electronic format with digital signatures. In Slovakia, public institutions issue documents in this format. It serves as legal proof.
    How can I get a printed extract from orsr.sk?
    You can save and print the PDF from orsr.sk. ASICE files can be converted to paper format at any post office for 2 €.
    Can I make changes myself?
